I wish to extend my gratitude to her for ensuring my stay was smooth and being responsive for all my inquiries since I'm travelling alone, and my sincere gratitude to the cook and waiters for preparing yummy breakfast. They really have a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. All the best for them and hope to see them again in the future.

This is a well known western hotel chain that falls within the economy range in Europe. Please don't expect to have ultra luxury of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Rather, you will get clean bedding, clean western bathrooms, very tasty and hygienic food. Well mannered and trained staff who know how to handle guests professionally. I booked this place for my mum and dad for a visa centre appt. And they are very happy with the facilities and how they have been treated with care. Easy car parking spaces. Providing free parking, the elegant ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is located on Outer Ring Road, just opposite the Intel Campus. A fitness center, 2 dining options and tour arrangements are... Margareth is amazing! From a personal note, a personal phone call to check if everything's going ok, resolving a billing issue, to catching up at checkout, it was wonderful to see her in action. Overall the staff was extremely courteous.
