This is a great place to stay in Agoudal, El-habib is truly an excellent host. He cooked us a really delicious meal, one of the best we've had in our time in Morocco. He also made us feel welcome and gave us an insight into life in Agoudal. Overall we had a great experience here and we'd totally recommend it.

The location was extraordinary, nestled on a hill amidst the authentic Zaouia of Sidi Hamza. The place was true to Amazigh architecture, decoration, cuisine, and hospitality. It was like traveling back in time: the peace, the quiet, the wild beauty of the mountains, and the warmth of the people. Laarbi was a fantastic host who readily shared stories about his culture, his travels, and his projects for the village with a delightful humorous twist. Our promenade within the zaouia with him is a treasured memory. We will definitely come back again for a longer stay this time.

Kasbah Du Berger & Piscine se nachází v destinaci Merzouga a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. To start with, the host offered us an upgrade to a family "desert hut" which was way beyond our expectations. The interiors and the sleeping arrangements were like a 5-star hotel with lots of cars to every detail. We reached after sunset (in dark).. so it was a pleasant surprise to wake up with sand dunes view through windows.. pretty strange feeling but nice one. The host is very calm and friendly to every guest and always taking good care. The people working around are very polite and "happy to help" sort. Breakfast was typical I would say from our Morocco trip till now.. but it was perfect for a fresh start in the morning. Camel rides, camp dinner with music was also organized by the host. Watching sunset across the huge heap of sand dunes was the highlight of this trip. Thanks a lot from our family.

Very nice traditional accommodations, delicious breakfast and dinner (surprisingly best French fries we have ever had), great location near Todas Gorge, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The host introduced us to his aunt who was making a carpet with a loom. The prices of the carpets were very reasonable and they were beautiful.

We noticed a panel indicating the hotel after some back and forth in Merzouga. The staff was amazing, especially Hassan and his crew. The food was delicious, we really enjoyed the pool with a direct view in the dunes and the owner, very warm and keen to share tips on local activities. Thanks all!
