The hotel is new, opened last year, and very modern. I had the suite 401, what can I say, I could see the sea from my bed when the curtains were open. The beach is just across the street, sunbeds were free. Breakfast is buffet, but has anything you could possibly want. It is the same every day, bur you can create your own combinations. All the staff are super nice and friendly. But, I must point out Bella, the owner who also works in the hotel, alongside her staff. Super friendly, smile and patience for everyone. I have some mobility issues, but she was there helping me, running pharmacy errands for me, genuinely caring, checking to see how I was. When the soles of my flipflops separated, she found the super glue to fix them - they lasted till the end of my stay, but she offered to go to town and buy a pair. An amazing lady. I would also like to point out the great massage lady Anisa. Her daily massages really helped my legs You can find many modern hotels everywhere, but you won't find such passionate, dedicated, customer-service oriented staff everywhere. You will find that at Mazarine Hotel. I was deeply touched, honestly. I would gladly return to this hotel. Excellent, thank you dear staff for everything. P.S. they have beach towels, just ask for them. That's great because towels can occupy a lot of space in the suitcase.

The Staff is really amazing! Very helpful when we needing information or help with taxi, restaurants… The facility is also close to most restaurants and beach clubs. The rooms were large and clean with a very nice balcony.

A wonderful hotel in a great location — not lost in the busy, noisy city center, yet not too far out on the edge either. It feels perfectly placed, offering both convenience and peace. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beach nearby is beautiful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the staff — always warm, welcoming, and ready to help at any moment. They responded quickly and did their best to resolve every request. A special thanks to Kiwra, Aishu, and Brilund for their kindness and support. From the balcony, the view of the sunsets was absolutely breathtaking — one of those moments you look forward to each evening.

Incredible nice service, the breakfast was delicious and you can get drinks there at night as well. It’s around 8 minutes away from the beach so you can easily walk there. Had a lot of nice conversations, super friendly and really informative. Also if you have any questions or if you need something, you will get all the support you need! Thanks a lot for this great stay - I highly enjoyed it and would recommend it!

It’s a small hotel, not too crowded. You can definitely relax. The pool area is fantastic and clean. The room was very clean, housekeeping was always on top of everything. You can’t hear anything from other guests. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food, we were excited to go every morning. Last but not least, the staff was great and super helpful. The sweet girl in the reception was always willing to help and the two young gentlemen working there as well. Answered all our questions and always available to assist us on the hotel bar. Ps. We also had a birthday girl in our group, and the hotel helped us celebrate it in a surprising and fun way(see picture).
