Staff was knowledgeable of the area with good recommendations & very helpful. I had a rental car I was not familiar with and Staff came out and was big help.

Lorne is an amazing place as well as this apartments. The staff (Heath) presented us a bottle of champagne and chocolate, because we just arrived in australia. Everything was clean, nice jacuzzi.

We loved the wood fire for that peaceful atmosphere and warmth, the tennis court was right next to our cottage, we had fun teaching our 4 year old how to play. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. The shower pressure and temperature was amazing. Something you don't get with modern showers anymore. There is a closed yard so we didn't have to worry about the kids wandering off.
