Directly across from the National Arts Centre, this non-smoking, landmark hotel is only steps from major attractions, and offers spacious accommodations with 49-inch TVs and first-class amenities in... The staff was always accommodating. E.g., When checking in, I asked if I could change my assigned room to one on a higher floor: done! For meals, I sat at the bar as I was travelling by myself. All the servers were very friendly and attentive. I was there on Remembrance weekend, and as the Lord Elgin is very close to Parliament Hill and the Cenotaph, I met patriotic people from all over Canada, including members of our armed services.

Very comfortable bed. Very nice restaurant and the food - quality and choice - was excellent. Very efficient shuttle to airport.

SOHO Residences Champagne se nachází 15 minut chůze od jezera Dow a 6 minut chůze od čtvrti Little Italy s obchody a restauracemi. Wi-Fi je zde dostupné zdarma. The apartment was clean, modern, and had a great layout. It felt bright and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped - we were pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the kitchenware, which was a nice bonus. We didn’t get a chance to use the other facilities, but overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay again!

This hotel is located next to RCGT Park, 4 km from downtown Ottawa. It features an on-site restaurant, an indoor pool and hot tub, and free WiFi. Staff very friendly. Made us feel very welcome and even surprised us with some complimentary gifts as it was our anniversary.

Everything especially the location of the hotel. We have two connecting rooms on high floor facing Parliament hills! The views were simply amazing! Hotel staff are super friendly. Beds are super comfortable. Location of the hotel cannot be beaten. Right in the centre of the city… close to Parliament hills and Byward market. Hotel has direct link to Rideau Centre shopping Mall! Incredible stay!

If you stay at this place, you get a whole spacious apartment! The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a living room and a balcony. What do you want more? It's really close to the city center and all the attractions and sights. There are lots of restaurants, take aways and pubs nearby (the location itself is located in a quiet street). You also have a huge supermarket and a rexall there. I didn't use the gym and pool.
