The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. It’s the best location on the lake. People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.

Moreover, the staff was great in general. they know very well how to deal with guests professionally. particularly, I would like to mention the name of the receptionist ( Elena ) as she is very helpful and cooperative by giving us recommendations and advices.
