We were pampered throughout our stay and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. They were very polite, friendly, kind and very welcoming. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and well designed. There are many spaces such as lounge areas, living rooms, kitchens and pool areas where you can wind down and relax after a strenuous day of activities and hiking. The staff is so helpful and welcoming that we felt immediately right at home. They helped us organize tours, find restaurants and even our transfer to our next stop on the trip. They had an answer to almost every question, and if they didn’t, they found one within an hour or two and sent it to us per WhatsApp. The breakfasts were amazing and coffee, tea, oats and cereals were available all day with many alternative milk options. They even made us to-go breakfasts in a bag for the days where our tour left early in the morning. We wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else when visiting San Pedro again.

The property is out of the way but beautiful, the staff make it exceptional. After coming from a hostel where the staff didn’t want to help us at all, the staff here organised a taxi to come and collect us, let us check in early and even had a bottle of wine waiting in our room for us. We enjoyed the pool and the many animals wandering around. We left early in the morning to go to the salt flats and they organised a little packed breakfast to take with us and gave us hot water for tea in the morning. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. 1000% recommend.
