One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.

Apart from being next to the louvre furniture mall which was convient for my trip the entire team was truly outstanding from Leo at the concierge to Eddie at the reception, Stephy the finance manager was exquisite and not to forget the exceptional Mr Yang who made sure I had everything I needed when I needed it.
