The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

He ensured we knew how to navigate the park and even assisted us once we left the stay. The view at the pool and noodles were outstanding. My friend and I drank tea that was freshly prepared by the beautiful tea lady. I had a lovely trip the only sad part was that I didn’t stay longer.

Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

What a great spot! The hotel is right next to the Helong Stadium with tons to do, and the Lishui River view is so peaceful. The staff were super professional and friendly. Had an awesome stay—highly recommend for both location and service.

They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, offering us great local travel tips and even homemade tea. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's a truly authentic and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and personal touch away from standard hotels. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!
