Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, 8 minutes' walk from Taikoo Li and IFS Shopping Mall, The St. Regis Chengdu is located in Chengdu. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

Great experience, the hotel arranged free shuttle service to the scenic spot, and it was very convenient for the hotel to order food, which helped me a lot. When you are tired of traveling, you can go to the hotel to soak in hot springs.The scenery of the scenic spot is also amazing, and I will come again.

Highly recommend. They upgraded my 3 rooms for free and help me to order food (I can't speak chinese).

This boutique guesthouse at hegu haven checks most boxes: spotlessly clean rooms with comfy bedding, a serene garden for morning tea, and a restaurant with delicious local dishes. A small suggestion: adding more Western options would suit international guests better. The healing activities (listed in English!) like meditation were pleasant. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy taxis, parking, close to temples and pandas. The only tiny wish? The pool could be a bit larger, but it didn’t take away from our nice stay. We’d likely return.​

Incredibly modern, sleek room, but the view of greenery gives it such warmth. You can tell it has been designed very thoughtfully. The area is perfect for a visit to Chendgu, especially being a short walk away from delicious street breakfast spots.

The hotel I booked this time was a huge and pleasant surprise! The room was warm, elegantly decorated, and incredibly cozy. The moment I opened the window, I was greeted with a stunning panoramic view — absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, attentive and considerate in every detail. From check-in to recommending local attractions and travel routes, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
