The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to take care of us. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean and well cared for. As a bonus, there were board games and activities at the patio, a trampoline for the kids, netflix on the TV, and day passes to the nearby beach club. One day we also paid for day passes for some family members to hang out at the hotel with us for the day, and we had a very nice family gathering.

Our stay was significantly impacted by several issues. The undisclosed indoor camera in the hallway, positioned above the front door, felt intrusive and was particularly unsettling. Furthermore, the bathrooms were problematic: one toilet consistently backflowed instead of flushing properly, and both were excessively noisy. The mattresses were old, dirty, and uncomfortable, detracting significantly from our comfort. While the apartment boasts an amazing view and the building itself is very comfortable, the interior furnishings are dated. The presence of 1990s-era furniture, including an old DVD player, and a non-smart TV in the living room meant there was no option for streaming music or entertainment, which felt out of step with modern expectations. This apartment has strong potential, but these issues considerably hindered our experience.

The property is only about two years old and offers top-notch amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, and excellent WiFi—perfect for digital nomads. The location is ideal for kitesurfing, with direct access to the beach and The Point at Salinas del Rey. The wind conditions were outstanding, and the waves were excellent. Another standout aspect was the food. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, providing a delicious taste of local flavors. Azul Rest is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for comfort, adventure, and an authentic experience. Highly recommended!
