The room was clean and spacious. It has balcony to see the volcano. The lodge has hiking trails. I enjoyed two day solo walk. Well maintained and easy to walk, except river trail. I met only few people on the trail and i was able to enjoy the solitude. I appreciate Greivin at reception helping me to arrange transportation to Mistico to La Fortuna town.

It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The tents were large, spacious, clean and comfortable, surrounded by lush vegetation. The ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. They organised all of our tours and called a taxi when we needed one. The facilities around the property were spectacular, and we loved getting to swim in the pool at night. It felt magical. It was quite overcast while we were there, so we didn’t have the view of the volcano, but that didn’t detract from the amazing environment at all. Great variety for breakfast. Close to many restaurants and the town centre. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and amazing. The grounds are spectacular and the rooms are incredibly beautiful. The staff are super nice and accomodating. The pool area is like a resort. And the breakfast was pretty yummy. We especially enjoyed the live music at breakfast, that was such a treat. I cannot wait to go back

Great place to stay if you are not after hot springs hotels. Super nice atmosphere, cosy rooms with private hot tub, very helpful staff and great nature. There were even 2 resident slots when we were there :)

Our stay was an exceptional experience. Roger and Rose were super kind and helpful giving ideas for places to visit, where to eat etc. One of the highlights was the breakfast, every day with fresh fruit juice and varied costarican food. Malekus is located in a stunning location surrounded by nature at its best. Definitively highly recommendable!!

Přátelský personál, naprosto vynikající restaurace, spousta velkých papoušku, pohodlí, prostor a čistota ubytování. Není co vytknout. Určitě se chceme někdy zase vrátit. Díky moc 😊

Finca Amistad Cacao Lodge se nachází na 60 hektarech kakaové farmy a hosté se mohou těšit na výlety, pozorování čokolády a ptáků. We loved the huts - the lovely rooms with a terrace - we went to sleep listening to the sounds of nature. We loved the spa, the authentic and tasty breakfast and dinner and attended the chocolate making workshop and a tour of the cacao farm. Everything was AMAZING.
