The view from the 11th floor was spectacular both at night and during the day. This is hands-down our first choice for a hotel San Jose

This was a family trip. The rooms were cozy and well equipped. Extra blankets and heating is provided. The rooms are comfortable and surrounded by nature. It creates a great experience and you have the river sound. If you are not used to that sound it is really relaxing. The hotel has a green house where you can buy and see plants. They are lovely. The trails are very nice. Be mindful that to reach the entrance you need to walk 1.5 Km. La Quebrada is a trail that you can walk with small children. No wheel chair nor prawn/stroller. Los Pioneros is a short and flat trail. Suitable for elderly persons. We traveled with one and was the perfect walk. The food was delicious. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options and very tasty.

A beautiful and classic hotel. From the reception to the room, everything felt warm, cozy and comforting. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the staff was welcoming and polite.

They arranged for transportation to the Dr.s Office and then to the hospital for my out patient surgery. and picked me up after surgery. Thrilled they had room for me the next night. This place is Heaven on Earth. The staff, rooms, facilities, and breakfast were fabulous. Plus, they arranged for me to have a lovely room that was easily accessible on the first floor close to the dining area and Lobby.
