It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Carlsbad Plaza je luxusní lázeňský a wellness hotel situovaný v klidné lázeňské zóně v Karlových Varech, 600 metrů od slavné Vřídelní kolonády. Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

Působivý Grandhotel Pupp má tradici od roku 1701 a nachází se v historickém centru Karlových Varů, 300 metrů od lázeňské kolonády, a nabízí prostorné pokoje a apartmá, restauraci a exkluzivní wellness... Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel
