Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. The hotel is just amazing, excellent location, beautiful architecture and great decor, great breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly, our studio was very spacious and nice. The spa was really beautiful too.

Mugav, hubane, interjöör luksuslik, asukoht imekaunis loodus, toad hubased ja avarad. Mäenõlvale paigutatud puhketoolud meelitasid vaadet nautima esimesest hetkest. Toit restoranis külluslik ja imemaitsev. Kahjuks spasse ei jõudnud, kiire töö peatumine. Tahaksin tagasi tulla ja julgen soovitada. Eriti soe vastuvõtu proua.

The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner.
