This unique location — a fortress — offered superb accommodation for my tour group. The Tower room offered excellent opportunities for morning birdwatching; all rooms were clean; staff were very friendly and helpful with offers of maps, local sights, and opportunity for local activity bookings; breakfast was served fresh and promptly each morning; and the location is in a quieter and secure neighbourhood (El Eden). This was by far the favourite accommodation among tour guests compared with two other similarly priced locations in Galapagos (Santa Cruz and Isabela). I cannot say enough good things about La Fortaleza and look forward to returning with more guests in the future. A big thanks to hosts Gianna and Roberto!

Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. Beautiful building, spacious rooms, lovely pool area and very attentive and friendly staff. Stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time - it was everything we had wanted after finishing a 7 day trip exploring the islands. Special highlight was spotting sharks from the pool area and the marine iguanas sheltering under sun-beds. A really luxurious hotel to wind down in.

Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel mempunyai kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Puerto Ayora. The pool was amazing, the rooms very clean and the location of the property fantastic. The boat excursions were amazing, guides and staff really great.
