Fatima cooked us a whole fish for dinner that was so delicious. And she and her helpers took such good care of us. She showed us how to walk through the village and down to the new bridge for a view. Mohammed took us on a swimming adventure that was so relaxed and fun. Super great people!! And great location. You will be in good hands .

This resort is truly magic and amazing! We really enjoyed our stay even though it was only for 1 day. The location is superb with beautiful views of Lake Nasser. The gardens so well kept and with such a variety of flowers, trees and local birds! Lovely! Accommodation clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Food delicious. And staff, what can we say! The highlight without a doubt, all staff from waiters to chefs to managers, they could not be more helpful, attentive and enchanting. Thank you so much everyone for making our stay so special! The resort is located a bit far but easily reached by a free tuk tuk provided by the resort. Having said that it’s location has the most breathtaking views. The resort is very well maintained, beautifully built and complimented by it’s decor and vibrant colours. Breakfast and dinner was of good quality and we truly loved having dinner overlooking an incredible view. The pool is a plus to the resort and we happen to use it alot.Last but not least the staff are super friendly and helpful. We book a room at this hotel for one night stay prior our Nile Cruise. Our flight arrival time was 8:30 a.m. and I had ask the hotel if they had a storage room were we could leave our luggage while our room became available. The hotel reply was quick and accommodating. To our surprise, once we arrived at the hotel, they had a room ready for us. We were so exhausted and happy to find a place to lay our head. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The host was extremely warm and patient. We had an issue with the payment as they didn't have machine to accept card and we didn't have cash. He was patient with us to work out situation through bank transfer. Staff is very nice and considerate. They packed us a breakfast bag since we had a tour at 4 am in morning!
