The kitchen and the rooms are modern and well equiped. The staff were really helpfull and very nice. We did enjoy our time being there. The breakfast was fine. The apartment locates close to the centre.

The hosts Pascal and Marie could not do enough for us. They have worked hard to create the most lovely homely chateau and our stay was absolutely wonderful. Our home cooked evening meal was lovingly prepared and excellent value for money. Breakfast the following morning was equally as good. We will definitely be back.

Le Temps Retrouve is a short drive from the A26 page and was an ideal stop along this main route across France. The rooms were simple, but comfortably furnished and it was in a very peaceful setting. The common area demonstrated the interests of the owners with a huge bookcase of literature, an extensive music collection and interesting art. The owners were welcoming, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

The owner's daughter spoke very good English and was at our help wherever we had any questions. She is a very happy and positive person who welcomed us with a really delicious meal. I do recomed the place. It is peaceful. Though we had no car and arreived by plane to the country, travelling was easy because there is a train station in the neighbourhod from where you can explore the whole country We loved the place.

The day before we arrived, I received a text from the owner Olivier with details of the property and asked if we would like dinner. I text Olivier, ten minutes before arrival, as requested and he sent a video of the road to take. He was there on arrival and asked if we would like to use the pool for an hour. We had this to ourselves and it was lovely after a long, hot journey. The room was gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was spotless. There was a tassimo machine and kettle in the room. Me and my husband were the only ones for dinner and Olivier and his son had made homemade burgers and the best chips I've ever tasted. Breakfast was a lovely spread with fresh bread, croissants and pain au choc on each table. There is also a sauna onsite and you can book a massage too. An excellent place to chill. The town of Loan is close and there is lots to explore locally.

The breakfast was fantastic, many options of types of bread and jam. Unfortunately there was no cheese which was a surprise. The coffee and the fresh juice was great. The place is fabulous and the owners are delightful hosts. Chateau Pernant dates back to the year 700. The owners are restoring the castle located on the property grounds. What a wonderful place to stay.
