From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the impeccable hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel as though we had stepped into an episode of Downton Abbey. The champagne was exquisite, perfectly complementing the enchanting ambiance of the château. Both dining experiences exceeded our expectations. L’Orangerie provided a Michelin-star-worthy dinner that was a true culinary masterpiece, while the other restaurant offered equally remarkable cuisine with refined flavors and presentation. Breakfast was an experience in itself—abundant, fresh, and absolutely worth it. It provided the perfect start to our day, ensuring we were well-prepared for exploring the beautiful Champagne region. We wholeheartedly recommend Château d’Étoges to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay. Whether for a honeymoon, a romantic escape, or simply a luxurious retreat, this gem is unparalleled.

The most friendly and welcoming hostesses, who go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay! The place is very stylish and new, very comfortable rooms, bathroom and bed! The most generous and tasty home made breakfast, also make sure you eat dinner there - home made meal but with a touch for finesse - all accompanied by family champagne - you cant go wrong. You feel at home immediately upon arriving and truly taken care of by the hosts. Huge thanks and will see you soon!

The lady does not speak English but is an expert with Google Translate. She worked with us to advise and to inform us about the area. Gave us an excellent recommendation to visit Troyes which we did and enjoyed it. It is an interesting property in a renovated farm house. Very small village with not much happening for tourists. Local bar was friendly but again no English.

Stayed during a walk on the via francigena. In the country about 7km from a larger town. The hosts were lovely, we arrived very early and were given our room right away. The dinner service was excellent, as was the breakfast selection. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Host was easily available and has answered our questions quickly. Private parking space off the road. Easy walk to historic town center in just 20 minutes. Complementary breakfast with baguette, eggs, fresh milk and Nespresso Coffee. Very good value for money!

Excellent location close to the cathedral and lovely cafes and restaurants. Great walking. Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

Our host was extremely friendly and helpful and has done a wonderful job updating and renovating the building. Our room was very attractive and comfortable and the air conditioning system (hard to find in this area of France) worked like a charm! The location was quiet but within easy driving distance of a major city and all necessities. The setting of the accommodations is park-like and very pleasant. Breakfast was good and our host was eager to provide whatever we needed. Big shared kitchen area.
