Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

The facilities were amazing like the hot tub and everything inside the pod itself. Big, comfortable bed and Bluetooth speakers to play your music in the pod! The hosts Mark and Marta pulled out all the special touches. They accommodated a late check out and after informing them my partner is dairy free, they thought of everything and added some vegan cheese and yoghurts and alternative milk which we really appreciated. The breakfast hamper and fridge was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, couldn’t have asked for more!

We stayed in Lilly's Pad. It was absolutely lovely. Clean, cute, enough room for two. A great shower! A fully equipped kitchen. Anne, our host was amazing. There were pancakes, eggs, cereal, fresh milk and orange juice waiting for us. The accomodation comes with a hottub, that was hot and ready. And with a view!

It is so beautiful and cosy and has everything you need for self-catering. It's very peaceful, the hot tub is amazing, the location is perfect and animals are so beautiful.
