The facility is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the water. Breakfasts are delicious, dinners even better. Large, heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers. The service was very nice, always asking if everything was OK.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Concept Hotel. The facilities are wonderful, we stayed in one of the new suites with a private pool and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and modern and the view from the room amazing. The decor of the hotel is very modern and clean, it’s clear a lot of effort has gone in and continues going into making it high level. All of the staff were very helpful especially Irene. It’s a 15 minute walk to Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko Beach and 25 minutes walking into the centre of Faliraki or just five minutes by car. Next door there is a lovely restaurant called Pavo just a few minutes walking. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful with great views of the sea but also close enough that restaurants, beaches and activities are very easy to get to, a great mix. If we returned to Rhodes we would stay again.

We had a very relaxing, yet exciting holiday in Faliraki.We take bus number 25 from the airport to Faliraki. The price of an adult ticket is 3.50 euros and it takes 30 minutes. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equipped,especially the jacuzzi, which we used almost every evening.Breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choice between 8-10 am. It was delicious and filling, we could never eat it all at once.The rooms were cleaned every day between 11am and 1pm and we received fresh towels every day.The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very useful because the temperature was above 30 degrees almost all day every day.The hosts are very kind and helpful. In a quiet environment, but if someone wants to party, then the beach and the pedestrian streets are about a 10-minute walk away. There are a few shops and restaurants,bars nearby. The owners also have a restaurant (Desert Rose) where guests get a 20% discount. We have never eaten such delicious food anywhere else. We will definitely come back here again. Skvělé ubytování, které předčilo naše očekávání. Hodnocení 10 je pořád málo na tak úžasný zážitek. Majitelé byli nesmírně vstřícní a poskytli nám spoustu cenných tipů na výlety, restaurace i skryté poklady ostrova. Každý den byl doplňován minibar (nealko zdarma), káva, čaj což jsme velmi ocenili. Velkým bonusem byla luxusní vířivka a klidná lokalita, přesto v docházkové vzdálenosti od všech hlavních atrakcí města. Gurmánské snídaně v Kokoraki Brunch, které byly zahrnuty v ceně, byly naprosto výjimečné například lívance, vejce Benedikt , jogurt bowls, pomerančový fresh ii skvělá káva. Při příjezdu jsme navíc dostali láhev kvalitního značkového vína. Celý pobyt byl pro nás nezapomenutelným zážitkem a rozhodně se sem rádi vrátíme!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, in a beautiful historic building with a unique atmosphere. The place feels intimate yet offers all the comforts: daily cleaning (which we didn’t even expect), spotless rooms, a wonderful rooftop terrace, delicious breakfasts outdoors, toiletries in the bathroom, fresh towels every day, a hairdryer. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He gave us amazing food recommendations (which we strongly suggest you try!) and great tips for sightseeing, car rental, as well as arranging our airport transfer. Thank you, Jurgen and your family! You made this trip truly special for us.

Beautiful architecture, well-insulated rooms with stunning views of the sea bordering the hotel. Plenty of closets and drawers for storage. Lovely spacious bathroom.The swimming pool is spacious, with unique tiling—immaculately clean and large. There are plenty of comfortable loungers, and guests also have the option to relax on the beach by the sea, where beautiful beds are provided as well. The cherry on top is the restaurant, where you can enjoy an extensive breakfast each morning: a buffet featuring, among other things, an oven with warm croissants, and the option to order à la carte as well. The view is enchanting. In the evening, the menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared and superbly seasoned by the exceptionally talented Yiannis. Our hostess Samanta also deserves a round of applause—knowledgeable and confident, she consistently provides excellent advice on both food and drinks. I rarely take the time to review hotels, despite staying in them about 120 nights a year, but this one is undoubtedly a standout. If I had to mention one minor point of criticism, it would be the recurring playlists in the restaurant—though, to be fair, they consist of very enjoyable and high-quality music. — Dirk

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and everything was perfect. The room cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the proximity to the sea were all excellent. It’s also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were delicious as well. I will definitely visit again!
