We had an amazing stay at this accomodation. The host was so sweet and helpful. She was reachable per WhatsApp 24/7 and even organized a rental car for us as well as the airport transfer in our last day. Everything worked out perfectly. The room was super nice and clean. They cleaned it everyday and refilled the coffee capsules daily as well so we could enjoy a cup everyday on our balcony with view of the mountain. We only used the jacuzzi on the balcony once but it was nice and worked perfectly fine. The location of the apparments is also great. There is a bus station right in front of it, which made it easy reachable per bus from the airport. We walked into the city for like 15 to 20 minutes. It's definitely safer to take a nice stroll into town by the beach but one can also use the main road if preferred. There is a beach right in front of the hotel on the other side of the road. We booked breakfast once which can be taken at the restaurant directly in front of the apparments. It was delicious with a small but fine choice. A supermarket is reachable like 5 minutes by foot. All in all we had an amazing stay and everything was perfect including the black and white cat living in the accomodations garden which was very talkative and cute. We would definitely recommend this establishment and don't understand the very few negative comments. We will definitely be back here if we visit the beautiful island of Skiathos again. 🥰🫶🏽

The property has an amazing view... Yes you have to drive up to get there but it is not complicated. It is a beautiful resort; Well thought out and Luca, the resort manager, is always close and very communicative. I would highly recommend this resort.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and perfectly located in the center - yet it felt like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the buzz. The owner was very attentive, always ready with helpful tips and great recommendations to make the most of our time on the island. Highly recommended!

Tento rodinný hotel se nachází na kopci, pouhých 250 metrů od pláže Agia Paraskevi. Magic Hotel má středomořskou restauraci, bazén s dětským bazénem, vířivku a bar. Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Travelling with teenagers so it was great for them to be able to come and go as they pleased. We ate really well at the local restaurants but it's also super easy to jump on the bus into Skiathos Town. You don't really need to hire a car if you are happy to stick to the south of the island. We were leaving on a late ferry so stayed by the pool for the last day and used the shower/changing facilities available.

The host was very friendly and met us when our flight arrived pretty late at night. The location is pretty good - there's a market and bakery on the street, both of which we visited multiple times during our stay. Old port and a beach are only a 10 minute walk away. The singular bathroom was tough with 6 people, but otherwise the space worked well for the number of guests. AC was great, cleaning service was very helpful as well. The balcony was lovely. Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone. Such a gorgeous town with amazing food and drinks on every street! Be prepared to walk up a hill when returning from the town.

Villa Ftelia Oasis, Skiathos se může pochlubit výhledem na moře a poskytuje ubytování s balkonem a kávovarem. Pláž Megali Ammos se nachází přibližně 200 metrů odtud. The Villa was beautiful, clean and had all the essentials available. Alex was there to greet us and show us the property. Villa was in a great location, walking distance to beaches, market, great restaurants and also the bus stop to go into town or other beaches further away.

Everything is great, Villa is quite spacious, it has everything you might need during your stay. Anyway, the hosts are so kind that even if you need something else they will provide for you. Location is great, the view is amazing. Its quiet and very calm. Just a friendly tip: heating one of the pools or putting a jacuzzi would be great, as the water is not so warm especially in the mornings.
