The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exuded an elegant sense of class. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. In particular, Miss Tania at the reception stood out with her remarkable professionalism and efficiency in accommodating our requests. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Papandayan offers 5-star luxury in Bandung’s city centre with an outdoor pool, fitness facilities and a day spa. The design of the hotel and the room bring out a cozy and welcoming feel. The scented hallway bring up the experience to another level. The room with all the amenities is really comfortable. The plush and extra-wide pillows are just what we needed to end the night. There is a hidden gem; a mini garden that immediately makes you forget that you are in the middle of Bandung.

I was amazed by the personalized service I received with this great team. It started with them reaching out to me via Whatsapp offering to pick me up at the new high speed train station. Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.

We can say that this is the best villa we get so far. We're amazed by the facilities, the services, the hospitality we got during our stay. This villa offers a 5* hotel service, you can even ask for a maid too 😄 worth every penny! The pool and the whole interior are very clean & very good maintained. Keep it up!
