Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I fell happy and relax.. the hotel is nice but have to do a lot of maintenance..

Both pool and beach were amazing. The resort has many restaurants and hosts all of the activities one can imagine. We really liked the tour we did by renting a driver for a couple of hours and going outside of the resort area to see the real Bintan (Vihara Guan ti Gong and a small fishermen's village). Also, the staff always had a smile on their face and were ready to help in any way possible.

Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.
