They made and delivered the most delicious breakfasts both mornings. Their hospitality went above and beyond in every way. We are honored to have met such wonderful people and to feel so welcomed in Bukittinggi!

The staff goes the extra mile to provide an excellent customer experience. The hotel is beautifully located, in a very calm environment. We did two boat excursions and snorkeling. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

Good hotel and restaurant was much better than expected after ratings 😊 very close to vulcano, but if you are looking for scooter rental or different restaurants, you have to go to Berastagi. Hotel also organized a driver to Lake Toba after our stay.
