Taj Mahal, New Delhi, is a luxury 5-star deluxe hotel that has recently undergone a complete renovation, preserving its timeless appeal while incorporating contemporary charm. I got upgraded to a one room Luxury Suite and it was an overwhelming experience. From Room to the amenities, everything was too good. plus the Hotel Ambiance.

Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Exceptional. Divine. All was great but what capped it off was sitting in the garden watching the fast flowing Ganges run by in front of us. Wow!! And if you are inclined you can safely immerse yourself in the holy waters. Apart from that staff were fabulous, room was comfortable and well equipped, food was out of this world (set menu but so amazing) and hotel was able arrange outings with a superb guide

We were a family with young kids and our parents staying for 3 days and we had a wonderful stay at Dera Jaipur. All the rooms were spacious, clean with all facilities & amenities we needed. The host and staff are very gracious and we were provided with everything we asked for. Food is home made, fresh and delicious. Cooper the dog is adorable. The hosts stay on the property and are always available in case of recommendations or questions. Everything was perfect and highly recommended for families visiting Jaipur.
