Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

We were traveling as a group of 7 - with our son, and both set of aged parents. Dera staff noted our request to give ground floor rooms to elderly parents. The property with big rooms, garden, terrace, common areas to hang out with family was perfect. Jaipur was cold but the thick walls of the house kept the rooms warm. Our Hostess Rekha was warm hospitable and suggested places to see in the city. She even helped us book leopard safari via her contacts last minute. The property has tie up with car agency which had good drivers and clean cars. The pets - the dog, rabbits, turtles, budgies - enthralled the whole family but the surprise visit of peahens in terrace was wonderful. It is truly a home stay where every corner of the house speaks of history of their family. The staff - the family who stays to manage the housekeeping and cooking are so hospitable, eager to help with all requests. Roopti, her daughter Preeti & her husband took extra effort to make us comfortable. The property serves amazing Indian breakfast and even lunch/ dinner on request and they customized spice levels on our request. We had a lovely stay at Dera and would recommend it highly.

This palace hotel, a reincarnation of the royal mahals of Jaipur, is located in tranquil environs away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely hotel, we stayed here 2 nights after visiting Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Jaipur first, so it was the perfect getaway to relax after a week of intense citytripping. Lovely rooms, and really nice staff, they'll do anything to make your stay perfect. Very good restaurants, both breakfast and dinner buffets offered a lot of choices and quality was really good.

Built over 175 years ago within the city of Jaipur as the royal family manor, Samode Haveli reflects the style and elegance of the royals. A special feature of the Haveli is the elephant ramp. The haveli was very beautiful and the staff helpful and attentive. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Fairmont Jaipur is located near Amber road, 7.6 km from Amber Fort. The property features an outdoor pool, spa and 4 dining options. Nahargarh Fort is 18 km away while Jal Mahal is 15 km away. It's a magical place, with strong references to Jaipur's history and architecture. The service is exceptional, the staff is beyond helpful and was always accomodating to any request we had. Best part was by far the staff, everyone felt extremely warm and always there to make sure we had the best possible time. They went above and beyond in every way possible, from sweet notes by the housekeeping staff to the extremely well trained and professional conduct of everyone at the premises.

Lying at the foot of the Aravali Ranges, the impressive Nahargarh Ranthambore is surrounded by a 16th-century style fortress. We were in Ranthombore for the safari and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is new but the architecture is of a beautiful palace with ornate details. Great location, only 10-minute drive to the main gate of Ranthombore National Park. Overall facilities and the ground are clean and well maintained, since it's also a venue for weddings. We had a beautiful corner room on the top floor of the tower in the back. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully arranged, filled with sun lights from several windows and a couple doors, and a nice balcony. It's fun to watch the monkeys on the trees across the yard from our room. Food in the restaurant was better than many of the restaurants we've been to in India. Excellent service from all the staff we've encountered during our stay. This is the best place to stay in Ranthombore.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our special occasion even more remarkable. The service was impeccable, with every staff member displaying dedication, professionalism, and a high standard of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The attention to detail and personal touch added to the warmth of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors that catered to our taste perfectly. Every meal was a delightful experience, and we truly appreciate the effort put into ensuring that everything was just perfect.
