It was absolutely perfect, Luigi the owner was the most accommodating landlord, I struggled a bit with the techs legalities of all the online forms but he sorted everything and made it all so simple! The rooms are perfect, clean, tidy and minimalistic, I would recommend that a group of guests stay here, they’d be close but still have their own space and it’s sooooo close to all the restaurants, beach, etc. I can’t fault this place whatsoever, I had an amazing stay!

We had a bit of difficulty finding the apt but when we called, Livia came to meet us. She gives us the keys and oriented us to the place. This was the best bed I’ve slept in yet. I woke up with no back pain! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

You can walk to everything. The whole unit is well maintained, with up to date amenities. The view from the communal kitchen deck was awesome and endless. The shared kitchen was well appointed with all the amenities along with free coffee. The breakfast just down the street was complimentary (coffee and croissant). There was a great pizzeria 2 doors down which was busy with locals. There host was very helpful with check in and check out, the room was very clean and comfortable We had a great but too short of a stay. Perfect!

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were being “welcomed back” as opposed to first time visitors! Our host Antonio and his wife Pina made us feel like family! Our room (Queen Spa Room) was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful week in Termoli and the oversized tub was divine! The location is exceptional (steps away from beach, centro, restaurants, bars, shopping) and a quick 10 minutes from the train. We will definitely return to Conte Max Rooms. *Also, don’t miss the bakery next door for fantastic baked goods, owned by the hosts! We can’t wait to return! Grazie mille Antonio e Pina 🥰
