Satisfied with the dormitory capsule size. Staffs are always friendly and helpful. Pick up service was good, reliable and flexible. Although shared bathroom, it is not quite busy. And shower, toilet and sinks are separate, which is good. Vibe is nice, people lives in the same hostel will always gather around the fireplace and share their day or their culture.

Eternal Flame nabízí restauraci, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Na místě je neplacené parkoviště. Hlavní ulice Hakuba Echoland s mnoha restauracemi a bary je vzdálená 6 minut chůze. It was our 2nd stay at the Eternal Flame in two years and once again, we loved every minute. Arrival: Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco, while our bags were brought up to the room. As two years ago, we felt very welcomed in a very peaceful environment at the Eternal Flame. Nao then arranged for pick up by the rental gear shop, so that we would be ready for the next morning. Breakfast: Again everyday there was a three-course breakfast. As two years ago I was very pleased that we had Eggs Benedict in the five days we stayed among French Toast, Toast and scrambled eggs/sausage, respectively. Due to being this time during the Lunar New Year, unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the incredible dinner course. Hope that next time, we will be there a bit off-season. Dinner: Based on our experience two years ago, we arranged for dinner reservations (google>table check) beforehand. Nao is also helpful setting up reservations, but it remains a challenge when Hakuba and esp. Echoland is full of tourists. Ski: As before, there is the shuttle bus going to Goryu (Iimori and Hakuba 47) as well as Iwatake. For Goryu reduced price ski passes are organized by Nao, while for Iwatake you would have to purchase them online through the QR code provided. Bathroom: Shared facilities are well maintained and esp. the hot Onsen after a day of skiing was very welcome to relax. Laundry: Eternal Flame provided free laundry, which was very surprising, since I have not come any hotel so far, which would do it for free. Again top notch service. Room: Was rather functional, but we knew what to expect, mattresses have been very comfortably hard. Lounge: Provides coffee, tee, sweets and has comfortable sofas to simply chill out. Will surely stay again at Eternal Flame, when in Hakuba!

Tokiwa-Tei se nachází v destinaci Hakuba. Tsugaike Kogen ski areál se nachází 13 km daleko a Nagano železniční stanice 40 km. Tento ryokan s 2 hvězdičkami nabízí prodej skipasů a bezplatné Wi-Fi. The staff are very friendly. They did the best when I need the support. I really, really appreciate them. The room is comfortable and relaxing, I can stay here all day if I'm not going to the mountains :) The location is awesome, only 5 minutes walk to the lift base.

We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁

Hakuba Riverside Loghouse se může pochlubit výhledem do zahrady a poskytuje ubytování s balkonem a kávovarem. Tsugaike Kogen ski areál se nachází přibližně 12 km odtud. Lovely and cosy lodge close to the action in Hakuba. All details were perfect. Loved the touch of the illustrated postcards left as a gift for each of our guests!
