Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. THE MOST MEMORABLE STAY IN JAPAN! I've changed 3 hostels, 2 ryokans, and this is definitely the best one!!! IT'S A HIDDEN GEM. AND I honestly hope it stays that way so I can book it on my next trip to Japan and stay here longer. YOU get access to two private onsens, one on each floor, and one public onsen on the ground floor, that I honestly even loved more than the private ones. Everything is super clean, taken care of with love and the staff is super nice, and they speak English in case you don't speak Japanese! The rooms are incredible, I loved sleeping on the futon, there was enough space in rooms for everybody to leave their luggage, and in the kitchen you could help yourself to free tea, coffee, jams, bread etc. The kitchen has everything you need, and you can even do laundry. Everything you need is there. The views from the room, and especially from the common room are incredible! They have a kotatsu, and books you can read. There's at least 5 sections in the common area in case you want privacy. Honestly the best ryokan ever. And it's affordable!!!

Exceptional setting surrounded by forest. Simple and high quality design with attention to detail everywhere across the house: materials, lights, blinds, equipment both indoor and outdoor. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, quality toiletries, fantastic sauna, onsen, pool, phone chargers in every room etc. Relaxing place with Japanese flair. Fridge was prepared with soft drinks and beer.

J-Garden se nachází v destinaci Ito a poskytuje ubytování s terasou a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. We had a very cozy and relaxed stay at J-Garden, though we had to change our room once because the first room was too enclosed. The hosts where kind and understanding, and this place is absolutely a gem. It's in walking distance to the coastline hike and by car (or public transport) you got a lot of opportunities too see the beauty of this Peninsula.

Beach Side Inn Shirahama se nachází jen 2 minuty chůze od pláže Shirahama v Shimoda a nabízí útulné přátelské ubytování s dřevěnými podlahami a nábytkem. K dispozici je jednoduchá snídaně zdarma. We loved staying at Shirahama Beach Side Inn! The owners were super friendly and helpful. The private onsens were so nice after a long day of walking and hiking. The free breakfast was such a nice touch and so yummy! Softest sandwich bread ever! The eating area was very cozy, I spent some time working there in the morning and it was so peaceful. I came during a rainy time but I imagine during the summer it's very popular for surfers. I am from hawaii and the hotel had lots of Hawaii art which was very sweet to see. We hope to be back someday :)

The property is away from the noisy town, with a lot of nature around. The owners are awesome and really chill, Hana picked us up at the train station and even offered us to take us to the supermarket before going to the house. The house is extra clean, well equipped and super comfy, you could see Fuji from the window. The e-bikes were a must, it let us move around on our own and get to know a lot of fujinomiya, we even crossed paths with wild Tunakis. We definitely had a great time
