A really great experience in general - I stayed in one of the suites and could not have asked for a more relaxing and peaceful place to stay, only a short walk from Okunoin Cemetary and an easy walk to the rest of town. Very close to the bus stop from Koyasan Station. Staff were always helpful and the meals were unbelievably delicious and satisfying, even though I needed to ask for a soy-free modification. The best food I ate during my stay!

The food that Akemi-san prepared was absolutely delicious and crafted with love — every meal was a delight. Thanks to them, I felt at home even though I was far away from home.

Situato nella sacra zona del Monte Kōya, all'interno di un antico tempio. We loved everything about Yochi-in. We had wonderful meal and the privilege of participating in the afternoon meditation and early morning ceremony. We took a guided tour with one of the temples monk to Okunoin cemetery. Beautiful experience.
