I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it. The staff was outstanding. Super helpful and kind and provided super service. They genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the stay. The location for us was fantastic - Hamra street was just a couple of minutes walk away, pigeon's rock also very close. Many restaurants and stores were available close to the apartment. On our last day we had a flight in the late afternoon and the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the room until it it was time to go. For that day, it was our base for an approx. 15 km walk throughout the center of Beirut and we were happy to be able to see so many incredible spots on our last day. Would love to come back!
