Palais d'hotes Suites & Spa is a Riad located in the Medina and has been restored in the Moroccan tradition. It offers comfortable rooms and suites, some of which have a private balcony. Exceeded our expectations! Amazing location and felt very safe being in the area at all hours. The staff was extremely helpful, always making sure we were taken care of. They helped us with taxis, shipping and any questions we had. Mohammad and Youseff were great and the breakfast crew was very kind. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight.

Riad bellissimo, ben tenuto in una posizione davvero perfetta per visitare la medina di Fez e con una terrazza per ammirarne il panorama dall'alto. Personale cordiale, super disponibile e gentile. Accoglienza speciale. Camera bellissima e pulita. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dalla colazione, comunque ottima e in stile marocchino.

Il Riad - Dar Al Andalous è un affascinante albergo con Internet Wi-Fi gratuito situato nel quartiere Batha di Fes, a pochi minuti dal famoso museo e l'ingresso della Medina. The Riad was the perfect place for a safe, comfortable, and truly delicious stay in Fes. The location is ideal: close to the Medina, but not inside it. As a solo female traveler, I believe staying inside the Medina would have been a poor choice, since the harassment there is real and persistent. Being just outside the Medina gave me much more peace of mind, while still allowing me to walk everywhere I wanted, explore the shops, and enjoy greater autonomy overall. Another highlight was the warm and respectful service from the entire team. And the food cooked on-site is simply unmissable! I ended up having dinner there every night because the variety and quality of the ingredients — especially the fresh vegetables and fruits — really impressed me. Finally, the beauty of the Riad itself is worth the visit. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade, and my room felt like a princess suite: spacious, with Persian-inspired details, a large bathtub, and big windows… it was truly a dream. I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Fes and would gladly stay here again.

The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.
