It’s incredibly beautiful! Denise the manager is amazing and so are Hud and Amu in the dive shop, Nadish at the main bar and last but not least the so fun, so warm Rauhl at the Sunset Bat! Our house master Yousra was an angel, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even before we ask for it! He was always available to answer my questions, quick to respond to any requests, and personally helped arrange excursions that made my stay even more memorable. The entire team at Dusit Thani was warm, attentive, and professional, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. This level of service and hospitality truly made my visit unforgettable. And of course, let's not forget their beautiful house reef which is a huge plus point for an ocean lover such as myself.
