We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

Toto ubytování stojí uprostřed upravených zahrad na skvělém místě v blízkosti slavné pláže Playa del Carmen a ulice 5th Avenue. Nabízí plně zařízené apartmány se 2 a 3 ložnicemi. Fantastický bungalov v zelené oáze se spoustou místa a vybavením. Houpací sítě na terase, skvělý bazén s vířivkou. Možnost zapůjčení lehátek a slunečníku k pláži. Pláž je veřejná, asi 3 minuty chůze od hotelu. Parkování zdarma v garáži. Hned vedle hlavní nákupní třídy, se spoustou restaurací a obchodů. Blízko je i velký supermarket.

Babel Tulum se nachází v destinaci Tulum a nabízí bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a výhled na bazén. V ubytování je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi. Ubytování má masážní vanu. Everything was clean. The staff was great! We had a great massage as well (100$ us - 60 mins)

Moc se nám tam líbilo.

Beautiful property, incredibly clean and comfortable Very nice & spacious rooms (lofts) and pool as well The staff (Josue) was incredibly nice and helpful providing us with all we needed (recommendations, taxis, tips, etc) he knew all the good spots around town. He was super responsive too when needed (through the booking app and whatsapp) Location is a little bit hidden (3 streets from the Chedraui // main street & about 3km from downtown) taxi was around 100 pesos to get to the city center /ferry Moto taxis are cheaper and very comfortable too Highly recommend it

The whole resort is very special and built around an amazing cenote. The room was stunning and very modern. The service was outstanding and we really loved the small details like small ice creams/fruits for free when relaxing at the cenote.

This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Our favourite place in Chetumal, so stylish, comfortable, great location. Impeccably equipped kitchen, actual bathtub. I hesitate to say more for fear it will get too booked up.
