The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice. One waiter, in particular, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The other waiters were average, but aside from that, it was a great experience.

Although La Antigua is amazing city, there is no need to leave this marvelous hotel. I've visited dozens of hotels through my live. Most of them were wery good. But this one is above all of them and above my secret expectations. Highly professional service and staff as well as smooth music, that can be heard in common spaces and relaxing smells, build the atmosphere of wellbeing and luxury. Additional gems are free entrance to the meseum, to the pottery and chocolate workshops and the private, guarded, underground parking. What an amazing place. I wish everybody could stay there.

Casa Tia Micha sídlí ve světlé budově v koloniálním stylu a nabízí atraktivní pokoje s bezplatným Wi-Fi. Nachází se v centru Valladolidu, necelých 5 minut chůze od kostela San Gervasio. I loved the historical feel about the hotel and actually Valladolid itself. The staff were amazing.....very attentive and friendly. My suite was I believe Ana Maria..... exactly like the photo.....very spacious room....if you like modern then it's not for you ...if you want to feel like your going back in time then its for you. The bathroom functioned well.....coffee facilities and refrigerator was great. Not far to walk from the ADO bus station.....great location....I walked around and found myself in some great local spots. Breakfast was lovely.....a must try Mexican Coffee really tasty. I choose half board so dinner was included.....really nice touch.

This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

We loved everything – the hotel is an oasis in the center of town. The garden with the pool, fountain and trees is absolutely beautiful! The room is spacious and so comfortable. We slept very well. AC works great. Shower is big. Breakfast was included in our stay, nothing remarkable but we liked it. The quality of the stay for the price was amazing. Highly recommend.
