Hotel staff were all amazing, welcoming, and smiling at all times. The room was spacious, comfortable, and new. Spa experience was just perfect, they thought about all little details for customer comfort.

Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. I enjoyed everything !!!! The room was huge and very clean!

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service.... Great rooms with everything in perfect order. Feels like a 5 star hotel. It was only a 1 night stay, so I can't tell anything about the kitchen there.

We had such a wonderful stay. The suite was Spotless spacious and it was such a bonus to have a washing machine during our trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy to us. The location was perfect .

Amazing location, great facilities, luxury living. Service from staff was top class especially Jamal. Jamal was exceptional delivering perfect service, assistance and communication throughout our stay. Really a great experience and loved this accommodation.

Opus Residences Kuala Lumpur by Infini Suites on hea asukoht, kust on hea linnavaadetega linnavaade. Kohapeal on lõpmatuse bassein, sisebassein ja privaatne parkla. The response from the Host is almost immediate and always helpful, the check in process is fast and friendly, overatll excellent experience, will go back to this booking when we have another concert in Stadium Merdeka.
