Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Super friendly staff, even texting earlier in the day to check on arrival time. Facilities were super clean and tidy. I was travelling for work and didn't realise there was an outside spa, but that was a nice surprise especially as I have a back injury at the moment and made use of it before bed :)

The accommodation has a really nice layout which was well thought out giving privacy to two families. Great location on the lake with great views. It has access to private beach which I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!
