Right in the pedestrian zone but in a courtyard so no street noise. Has air conditioner but didn't need it this time of year. You would have to leave the bedroom door open to get AC. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, washer. Plenty of extra linens. Roomy bathroom.
