Wonderful food and lovely drinks. It even improved since I was there before Covid. I remember lively Peter who treated us so nicely - but it’s so unfair because everybody was so sweet and made us feel at home. what I liked is that it was very quiet and decent in the club lodge and no kids running around and screaming. Also not overcrowded or annoying guests - that makes a stay really memorable Thank you!..

The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

Staff was very helpful and courteous and made us feel at home. Everything from check in to check out was smooth and beyond our expectations. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Would love to stay here again.
