Our room was not available with two beds so we were offered a suite upgrade. Very accommodating. The staff were all amazing, kind, helpful and all went above and beyond. The breakfast was full of variety and staff always ready to help. I give 5 gold stars to everyone working there.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Gorgeously decorated with wide stunning views of the rice fields beyond. The staff was so friendly and always eager to help with luggage or otherwise. There was an all-day coffee station set up in the lobby.

It feels so welcoming from the moment you arrive, probably the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at and for the price was incredible. We slept so well, they have really comfy large beds and the sounds of the wildlife at night made it so peaceful. Breakfast was amazing and is freshly cooked in front of you (mango sticky rice was my favourite!) It was like a little oasis in the city, so calm and peaceful. Staff are really friendly and always smiling. It's also in a really nice location just far enough away to be peaceful but very cheap taxi to the centre and various night markets. We would definitely come back and highly recommend anyone to book.

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai overlooks rice fields and mountains in Mae Rim Valley. It features luxurious bungalows with outdoor living spaces. A spa and outdoor swimming pool is available. Amazing stay, had high expectations but it exceeded. Really peaceful and beautiful everywhere. Highly recommend to do the activities offered. Breakfast is excellent. Gym equipped with new Technogym.
