Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. Located within 15 km of Carthage Roman Ruins and Sidi Bou Said, Four Seasons Hotel Tunis offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom. We absolutely loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need — including special dietary requirements — and even prepared a beautiful surprise in the room for a special occasion, which truly touched us. The pool area was fantastic, and breakfast offered an impressive variety (though the fruit selection could be improved slightly). The dinner restaurants were also excellent — every meal was a highlight. We left feeling thoroughly impressed and grateful. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed in a one-bedroom en suite and was very impressed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the peaceful environment. I highly recommend this suite and will definitely book it again with my family during my next visit.

A beautiful Dar in the centre of Sidi Bou Said located on a quiet but accessible side street just metres from the action. The property was beautiful and would be great value for money for up to 4 people. I stayed myself but was still worth it! I was blown away by the traditional architecture and style of the property. Unfortunately I could only stay 2 nights, I’d loved to have stayed longer. The host was very hospitable and helped me arranging payment as you cannot yet pay by credit card. I didn’t have a car, but they offered me free parking pass at the car park nearby.
