The stuff shafiqu is wonderful and takes care of us. Good, the food, excellent, no comment 👍 we will be back next year inshaallah

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team to the housekeeping staff, as well as the restaurant team, for their professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. Thank you once again to the entire team for such a warm welcome, and especially to Mr. Ozkan, whose assistance from our arrival to our departure was exemplary.
