The staff were each superb---shout out to both the women at the sauna. Very personable and helpful. The front desk staff also exceptional. Morning breakfast had excellent variety. The parking. The cleaners. Everything! Thank you. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels and yours was a breath of fresh air. Thank you. Even when I checked in the lovely lady on reception said “Mr Lawrence?” I know there were only 2 more People to check in but still fabulous. She knew the answers to all our questions. I’ve forgotten her name please do say thank you from us.

This was our first time here and we will be back! Loved our room and the staff were all so nice. We ended up adding an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. The shuttle service is wonderful too, so thoughtful.
