From start (reservation) to finish (post trip) the service and staff were fantastic! I booked this for my father to travel alone as he celebrated his 78th birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. Room was beyond amazing, food delicious and onboard was a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this cruise to anyone!

Their level of customer obsession and care is impressive. I would hire both of them in a second! They made my family feel cared for and welcome. I couldn’t thank them enough. The cave trip is amazing and unforgettable. Please remember to tip the cruise employees… I only saw a few other people tip which is sad.
