Situated in Sa Pa, Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery features a heated indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. Absolutely beautiful hotel that almost feels out of place and time. In certain unique spaces like the swimming pool with big statues and ethereal music or the bridge outside on the tenth floor under heavy fog, you get a sense of the awe-inspiring architecture and creativity that went into putting all that together. The room had the classical and modern elements required to cater for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant that can appeal to all kinds of taste and preferences. Sauna and hot steam bath was great after a cold day walking around Sapa. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk who also arranged a transfer vehicle for us back to Hanoi. Special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the driver and ensured we reached our destination without any further hassle.

Nice property, a bit off the main Sapa market square Good buffet breakfast, with a good mix of traditional Vietnamese dishes and international cuisine They have a very nice spa, the red dao herbal bath is definitely worth trying

The hotel staff is exceptional. At the reception we received all possible help. We responded to every request. We ate dinners at the hotel, delicious, warm and cozy. Mao is charming and so is the staff. The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent. The atmosphere at the hotel is very family-like. Thank you

I tried the red Dao herbal bath for just $6 in the room — super relaxing and refreshing! Everything was clean, and at night, the place looked like a little fairy-tale village. Food was quite good and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was amazing, staff working there were really supportive and the amenities + our bungalow was totally worth it. Definitely waking up with those views is something we won’t forget. Make sure you consult tours and activities with them as they have local guides to guide you through SAPA
