I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Very clean, comfortable, serene. My room was very big. But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.

Možnost pronájmu skutra a dostatek úvodních informací o městě a možnostech výletů a atrakcí. Skvělý bazén!

Největší poděkování patří personálu, díky kterému jsme se tu cítili opravdu vítaní.

Fantastic experience on the edge of Old Town. Very convenient for walking through Old Town... but to be honest, the resort was so nice, it was hard to leave! Very friendly staff, excellent food, and all for very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend

This is the best hotel in Hoi An and I say it because I've been there for the third time and the service is always perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful and smiling, but more importantly, they work extremely professionally and every single detail in the hotel is perfected to its best. The location of the hotel is also exceptional, which is located in a quiet place that is at the same time communicative, there is an excellent pool with a very large relaxation area around it, and also a wonderful beach, which is another huge advantage, of course, there are all the dining options with three restaurants, a wonderful breakfast, extremely rich, both Asian and Western. The restaurant is extremely clean, the textile napkins are clean and shine with cleanliness. The rooms are extremely large and offer wonderful beds, a flat screen TV, a very well-located area where one can put their clothes and luggage, and of course, for everything, a short phone call is needed to be fulfilled without long explanations or waiting. A truly unique place where even the most demanding visitors are unlikely to find any defect anywhere. Your hotel has five stars, I highly recommend it and I myself will visit it again. I have a very good impression that the quality continues to be maintained high, which is also a rarity in our time, but here the service continues to be at the highest level, and once again I want to emphasize that the staff is extremely professional, perfectly prepared, which is always everywhere and necessary for a good result.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Everything is new and modern, the rooms are big, the bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is excellent. The breakfast has multiple options of Vietnamese and western dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and nice, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the city center. Gym was a big plus.
