Embracing the essence of culture heritage, it its architecture and philosophy, as well as adding a modern touch, Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa is set around a stunning purified salt-water swimming pool... All staff was very kind. Even though we arrived there very late without any notice in advance, they greeted us with a much of smile. And the breakfast was awesome.

Palm Garden Resort leží u pláže Cua Dai, v krásně upravené zahradě o rozloze 5 hektarů. Může se pochlubit lázněmi a 45metrovým venkovním bazénem. We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The staff are exceptional. Everyone is so focused on making sure that your stay is exceeding your expectations. There was some construction next door to our room and the staff were able to help us move our room. We ended up in a great 2-room villa (we were traveling with 2 families). The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. Speaking of facilities, the pool was large and clean and the lifeguard staff were so helpful in getting people chairs and towels. There were always enough loungers for everyone and if there weren't, they got more. The staff at the beach were the same. The beach was quite dirty but that is not the fault of the staff! The waves were quite high and I wonder if that contributed to the water/beach pollution. The food was decent but I'd recommend going out across the street if you wanted cheap and authentic food. We only ate by the pool and had breakfast there so I can't speak for the other restaurants. There was a lot of variety for breakfast- both western and eastern food. The location is great if you want to be on the beach. They have a shuttle 3 times a day to the city and you can also use a Grab and be there in 15 minutes. As I mentioned above, there are a variety of restaurants just across the street as well as a mini-mart and a tailor. Further down on the beach, there are beach restaurants as well but they were quite empty when we walked there (could have been the time of year). Overall, we'd definitely come back to this resort and have plans to do so next year.

Exceptional client service- one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Mrs. Huung and Mrs. Giang elevated client service to the master level. It was pleasure to be there. Very good pool (with shadow) and lounge area. Water dispenser, gratis mini bar - one time per day included in price, sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guest at the beach, convenient shuttle bus hours (with 1 exception). Spacious rooms, different activities at the hotel, happy hours, and very good breakfast.

In addition, art, objects, and furnishings are a noticeable feature and consideration in each room, encouraging creative engagement and relaxation. POOL & GARDENS We instantly connected with the stunning gardens and pool area. We took walks in the morning and evenings to enjoy and investigate all the variety of trees, plants and flowers. In the evenings the garden lighting creates a magical setting to relax and enjoy the cooler temperatures. Restaurant We enjoyed both a variety of excellent Vietnamese and Western cuisine and exceptional service from restaurant staff. The food is beautifully presented in a well designed restaurant. Special Mention Staff- Our stay at Anmira has been exceptional thanks to the collective efforts of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing to share their expertise.
