Very uniquely special find! With a magical heart and soul experience. Villa Platamone is truly honest and ornate. The historic building and grounds for us was surpassed by the genuine hospitality offered by Silvano, Filippo and their team. From our experience it’s not difficult to find beautiful accomodation in Italy but very seldom you are welcomed and hosted by such warmth and care that Silvano provides for his guests. We only stayed for 3 nights and loved the facilities, the old charm, Fiorella’s omelettes for breakfast on the terrace and the genuine hospitality. We were very sad to leave. We would have extended our stay but sadly the villa was fully booked. We will be back!

The apartment was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. We could make the self check-in, and the person responsible was very kind to allow us to leave our luggage before check-in time and collect it after the check-out time. Highly recommended!

For any help, I received a fast response. Our host helped us with taxi needs. She even helped us get a last minute stay at one of her properties due to us having to cancel our other accommodation. We seemed to have everything we needed for our stay! (Just FYI, No dryer so need to hang clothes) We were within walking distance to the city center.

I’ve never seen a studio so well equipped ! The accommodation was useful, confortable et well localised. It was perfect ! Barbara thought of everything and was present if we had anything. She was so kind and helpful.
