This is a great little gem in an excellent area of Yerevan. I booked it on a whim and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs, like laundry and finding us taxis. This hotel is wonderful.

It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.

    This is our second time staying in the apartment. It is very comfortable, quiet and short walk from Republic Square. The air conditioning works well, everything is very clean, kitchen has enough supplies to make breakfast. They leave a one or two day supply of coffee for you which is nice.

    I spent two weeks at Kantar Hotel and Kantar Hostel (switched between private rooms across both) and it was such a wonderful stay, I could not recommend this accomodation enough. The staff were attentive, helpful and kind. The place got cleaned thoroughly daily, and my god, the breakfast every morning was sooo delicious and there was so much variety of food. Extremely convenient location too, just 5 minutes from Republic Square.

    I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from Republic Square. A special thank you to the receptionists, Hayk and Tamara, for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful in arranging an early check-in, a late check-out, and even storing my luggage after check-out. Their warm and professional attitude made my stay even better. Bravoo. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan!

    The location was exceedingly exceptional, right in the heart of Yerevan close to most beautiful Avenure and a minute walk to the Cascase and Republic Square. You can reach the zoo and the aqua park after a short ride in taxi. Furthermore, The owner was so friendly and helpful. I would really recommend this apartment, it is such a catch

    Good location though not so quiet being just off a busy road. It has a washing machine which is so good. There is a good supermarket about 10-15 minutes walk and a smaller but good shop about 5 minutes walk. It is about 20-25 minutes walk from Republic Square. The apartment is an OK size. This apartment has been recently renovated. Meesha , the owner - manager is really nice but is I think new to hospitality. With a few improvement this rental will be so much better.

    As a frequent client of this hotel, I strongly suggest it to everyone traveling to Armenia, a very clean hotel with friendly staff (I know them all and they all know me too, like kind Maya and nice Manuel), good breakfast and a good location that you can access everywhere easily, 10 minutes walk to republic square and nice restaurants there.
